1. Q: How can I order
A: You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.
You can also easily make reorders afterwards by clicking the “reorder” button on any of your previously made orders. After clicking the “reorder” button the cart will open and you can change quantities or products.
2. Q: Why should I buy online?
A: Speeding up the process. By ordering online you will get for best price and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process quickly. This can save your time.
Traceability: You will get access to all of your previous orders.
3. Q: What information should I input when ordering?
A: You need to mention Name, Mobile Number, mail.

If you are a customer with established customer relationship with Terrabyt you are able to use invoice as a payment method on our online shopping checkout process. If invoicing option is not activated for you although you are repeated customer, please contact Sales@terrabyt.com and notify us.
6. Q: Can I use pro-forma invoice?
A: Yes, you can use pro-forma invoice. Please contact Sales@terrabyt.com if you want to use pro-forma invoice.
7. Q: What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
A: Please try again. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is fine, but you still can't make the payment, please contact Sales@terrabyt.com and notify us about the problem. We can make the order manually.
8. Q: How can I change delivery address?
A: Sign in to your Terrabyt account and go to “my account”. On “my account” you can edit all your contact information. And Add Additional information.
9. Q: What are the delivery charges?
A: Free Shipping on Orders Over AED 500 inside UAE only.
This offer applies to all orders over 200 (before taxes, fees, and promo codes) that are shipped through Standard Delivery. On the product page you can see if the product qualifies for free delivery, as well as the estimated date of arrival. All deliveries are subject to stock availability.
The free shipping offer does not apply to
- Some large items that require Scheduled Delivery
- Items or locations that require special permission for access
10. Q: How can I get offer for bulk Items?
A: When you are logged in you just need to add the products and quantities you are interested in and click “offer request”. We will send you an offer details. Please note that this feature can only be used for bulk orders.
11. Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, you need to contact us and return the product. Please contact sales@terrabyt.com.

A: You can also send your order to sales@terrabyt.com. You can also order using FAX (+971 4 2380921) or by calling. By ordering Online you can save your time by making payment online and make item delivery at your place.
13. Q: Do you have the product in stock?
A: All the products which are shown on our site are available. Order lead time depends on the products and quantities.

16. Q: How to create an account?
A: Go to the page https://www.terrabyt.com/login and click “create a new account” After submitting the form, account will be created and you get the notification.
17. Q: How can I retrieve my password?
A: You can retrieve your password by clicking “forgot password?”. Instruction on password retrieval will be send to your email.
18. Q: How do I change my personal details or email address?
A: You can easily change all information on your account. Go to login page (https://www.terrabyt.com/login) and log in, then click “my account” and “edit”.

A: Our web store is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties.

23. Q: Changing the shipping address?
A: You can easily change your shipping address on your account. You just need to login and click “my account” and “edit”. You can also change the shipping address during the checkout process if you need. Just click “edit” below “shipping address”.
